While I support people through a wide variety of challenges, my practice is a particularly good fit if you:
Feel overwhelmed by strong emotions like anxiety, deep sadness, anger, or shame—or conversely, feel emotionally numb and disconnected.
Repeat the same relationship patterns, feeling misunderstood, guarded, or constantly worried about rejection or conflict.
Struggle with a harsh inner critic, self-doubt, or difficulty trusting your own feelings and decisions.
Are navigating life transitions, grief, or trauma that leave you feeling raw or ungrounded.
The approach I offer in sessions is emotion-focused therapy. Rather than just talking about your problems or trying to logic away your feelings, EFT helps you safely access, understand, and transform the emotions beneath those patterns. If you are open to exploring your emotional world and want to create lasting change from the inside out, we will likely be a great fit.

After you submit a contact form or send an email, you will hear back from me within 1 to 2 business days to set up a free initial consultation. For the consult-call, we will hop on a brief phone call to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you have about my approach, and ensure we are a good mutual fit.
If we decide to move forward, I will send you a secure digital intake link to complete your paperwork before our first session. In our first meeting, we will begin exploring your goals and mapping out our work together.

Finding the right therapist is a deeply personal decision. While clinical expertise matters, research shows that the quality of the connection between therapist and client is the single biggest factor in successful therapy.
You will likely find our work together effective and rewarding if:
You want to get to the root, not just manage symptoms: You aren't just looking for quick-fix coping skills; you want to understand why you feel the way you do and create lasting emotional change.
You are open to focusing on feelings: Emotion-Focused Therapy involves actively contacting, exploring, and processing your emotions in the room—rather than just analyzing them intellectually.
You value a collaborative environment: You want a therapist who is active, empathetic, and present—someone who guides and supports you rather than just sitting back or giving rigid assignments.
You feel safe during our consultation: After our initial call, you feel heard, respected, and cautiously hopeful, even if you feel nervous about starting.
